Payment
Once your order has been submitted to us, we will review the order and email you back an invoice within 24 hours. The invoice email will contain all the necessary information to either make payment instantly online with a credit card, or where to mail in a check or money order payment. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be handled first thing Monday morning.
Shipping
Artifacts: All artifacts are individually wrapped and carefully packaged to insure a safe arrival. We charge a flat $6.00 shipping fee for all U.S. artifact orders. Packages are sent via Priority Postal Mail with a delivery confirmation or insured, depending on order size.
** Shipping fees for Canadian and Overseas relic orders are billed at the actual postage charged. We utilize Global Priority mail for small orders and Air Mail for larger packages.

Microscopes and equipment:
Microscope and UV lamp orders are shipped via Insured Priority Mail or UPS depending on location and order size. Shipping rates vary and can be found listed by each item's description. Books:
Book orders are sent via media mail unless otherwise requested. The shipping fee is $3.00 for the first book - $1.00 each additional book. Wholesale orders of 10 or more books are billed based on actual postage fee charged. There is no additional shipping fee for books that are sent out with an artifact order. If everything is correct - click on the "process order" button to send the order to us. Once you click the process order button, you will see a confirmation that the order has been sent into our office. If you would like to print a copy of your order for your records - there is a "print order detail" button on the bottom of the page that will allow you to do so. Once you have filled in all of your personal information click the "submit" button which will then show you the details of your order. At this step, please confirm that your contact information is correct and that the items listed are the items you would like to purchase. By clicking on the "add to cart" button found below all of the artifacts listed on our site, you can easily place items in your shopping cart.
